We are looking for a Superintendent, Services to People to lead, plan, and control the comprehensive management of people services within our division. Your core mission is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of productive operations, as well as the quality, safety, and performance of critical contracts and services associated with habitability, infrastructure, well-being, and operational support.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement strategies to ensure the continuity and quality of habitability, infrastructure, and support services.
- Plan and monitor the management and control actions for the resources and costs of the Superintendency under your responsibility.
- Implement process improvement initiatives within people services, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Monitor and control service operations within the Division, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
- Evaluate the performance of suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with required quality standards.
- Manage and control contracts under your supervision, ensuring technical, regulatory, budgetary, and KPI compliance.
- Manage deviations, breaches, and improvement processes with contractors.
- Supervise Contract Administrators within the Superintendency in the administration and management of their role for the correct execution of contracted works and services.
What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing critical services related to habitability, infrastructure, and people services contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in the mining industry in contract administration, contract control, and/or project management.
- At least 6 years in leadership and team management roles.
- A valid class B driver's license, held for a minimum of 2 years.
- Health condition compatible with the requirements of the role.
Nice to Have
- A postgraduate degree in contract administration, mining projects, or infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in people services or contract administration.

You will be part of the Superintendencia de Servicios a las Personas, within the Gerencia de Servicios y Proyectos.
Work Mode
This role is fully onsite at the Division Salvador location.
