Join BeOne Medicines I GmbH for an 11-week summer internship as a Procurement Systems Intern. In this remote role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our Contract Management Solutions team with an enterprise contract management platform (Agiloft), process optimization, and operations within our fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the CLM system, including data entry, cleaning, updates, and validation of contract records.
- Support system configuration tasks such as field updates, template maintenance, and workflow reviews.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to finalize requirements.
- Conduct data quality checks and prepare summaries or reports for system improvements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new CMS features, enhancements, or bug fixes.
- Document processes, create job aids, and update internal knowledge base materials.
- Help analyze system usage trends and recommend opportunities for process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Legal, Clinical) to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Management Solutions team as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate, Master’s, or Ph.D. program in the United States with a graduation date no earlier than September 1, 2026.
- Proficiency as a Windows user and with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and system interfaces.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with contract management systems, such as Agiloft, iCertis, Conga, Ironclad, or workflow tools.
- Exposure to one or more of the following: Python, SQL, R, or similar analytical tools.
- Exposure to one or more of the following: Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Exposure to one or more of the following: AI/ML concepts, robotic process automation (RPA), or predictive analytics.
