About the Role

LIDL Polska is offering a summer internship within its Non-Food Department, specifically on the Industrial and Apparel Items Team. This role provides a practical introduction to retail, focusing on product assortment development for our stationary stores and online shop.

What You'll Do

  • Complete an independent project from start to finish.
  • Help shape the product assortment by analyzing selected industrial items and evaluating their sales potential.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive environment to find product inspiration for assortment development.
  • Support the team in briefing and approving advertising materials, gaining hands-on experience in collaborating with Marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student status or a graduate up to 30 years old.
  • Minimum A2 level proficiency in English and/or German.
  • Basic knowledge of the Google Workspace environment, specifically Sheets and Slides.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and readiness for change.

Nice to Have

  • Background in economics-related fields of study.
  • First professional experience.
  • University or extracurricular activity, such as involvement in student organizations, scientific clubs, or student government.

Technical Stack

  • Google Workspace: Sheets, Slides.

Team & Environment

You will be integrated into the Industrial and Apparel Items Team, which is part of the broader Non-Food Department.

  • Monthly compensation of 5,120 to 5,888 PLN gross based on a full-time, 3-month Internship Agreement at 32 PLN/hour gross.
