BeOne is looking for a Summer Intern: Direct-to-Customer Innovation and Digital Health – CLL Navigator Intern to join our entrepreneurial team focused on new ways to engage the oncology ecosystem. You’ll deliver a strategy and operational recommendation to launch a patient- and caregiver-facing website outside the US.
What You'll Do
- Create a risk framework for ex-US launches of the patient-facing website.
- Deliver concrete recommendations for which design elements can and cannot be launched in certain countries.
- Begin design work on ex-US sites, including liaising with PRC.
- Implement translation policies and procedures.
- Assess customer journey and experience in ex-US markets, such as adjusting language for local testing and treatment guidelines.
- Support customer and stakeholder research, including quick landscape scans, synthesis of insights, basic journey mapping, and analytics.
- Help shape and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Create key performance indicators based on understanding of ex-US regulatory and legal landscapes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to move work forward in a fast-changing environment.
- Present findings to the DTCi&DH team and key stakeholders as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, data science, life sciences, public health, communications, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Currently pursuing a PhD in life sciences, engineering, computer science, human factors, health services research, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time for the internship duration and comply with company confidentiality requirements.
- Pharma, biotech, or health tech exposure required.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong business judgment and clear written communication.
- Curious, self-directed learner who can ramp quickly on new topics.
- Professional maturity, strong EQ, and discretion for sensitive work.
Nice to Have
- Experience in strategy, marketing, product, consulting, operations, law, regulatory, or digital transformation.
- Experience in tech or consumer environments.
- Experience with application of advanced AI, such as Agentic AI or machine learning techniques, in business workflows.
Technical Stack
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel for clear storytelling and basic analysis.
- Proficient with major LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and responsible usage in a business setting.
- Comfort working with common collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint/Drive.

- Compensation: $27/hour USD for Bachelor’s candidates, $30/hour USD for Master’s candidates, and $35/hour USD for PhD candidates.

This is a hybrid role. Locations include Remote, San Carlos, CA, and Cambridge, MA.
