BeOne Medicines is looking for a Summer Intern: US Global Clinical Operations Excellence Learning and Development Intern. You will gain hands-on experience contributing to corporate learning and development projects within global clinical operations, focusing on instructional design and process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to developing and implementing global clinical operations training projects.
- Work closely with Senior Learning Business Partners to create learning materials.
- Develop systems such as data trackers to enhance departmental procedures.
- Support scheduling for global and regional training sessions.
- Present ideas and findings during global and regional team meetings.
- Analyze data and present your findings.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate working towards a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, instructional design, or communications.
- Maintaining a GPA of 3.0.
- Planned graduation no later than May 2028.
- Proficiency in creating instructional material, including e-learnings, training decks, videos, and infographics.
- Strong time and project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team with a positive, proactive approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Solid presentation skills, effective teamwork, and self-motivation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI and learning technologies like Articulate Rise, Prezi, or Vyond.
- Capability in e-learning development technologies, including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or Prezi.
