The YMCA of Southwest Florida is hiring Summer Camp Counselors and Coordinators to supervise, engage, and inspire campers, creating a safe, fun, and unforgettable summer experience. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on kids in our community.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, engage, and inspire campers as part of a supportive team.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience every day.
What We're Looking For
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Willingness to follow YMCA and DCF policies and attend all required training courses.
Team & Environment
Roles range from counselors to site leadership.
