The YMCA of Southwest Florida is seeking a Summer Camp Counselor/Coordinator to join our team. Work as part of a supportive team to supervise, engage, and inspire campers, creating a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience every day. Roles range from counselors to site leadership.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, engage, and inspire campers.

What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to make a difference.
- Willingness to follow YMCA and DCF policies and attend required training courses.
