YMCA of Southwest Florida is hiring a Summer Camp Counselor/Coordinator

The YMCA of Southwest Florida is looking for Summer Camp Counselors and Coordinators to join our team. Work as part of a supportive group to supervise, engage, and inspire campers, creating a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience every day. Roles range from counselors to site leadership.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, engage, and inspire campers.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to make a difference.
• Willingness to follow YMCA and DCF policies and attend required training courses.
