The YMCA of Southwest Florida is seeking a Counselor and Coordinator to join our camp team. You will work as part of a supportive team dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and energetic experience for campers every day.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to make a difference.
- Willingness to follow YMCA and DCF policies and attend required training courses.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position.
Employment is contingent upon completing required Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
