Highmark Health is seeking a Summer 2026 Member Onboarding Product Management Undergraduate Intern. This internship offers the chance to contribute to a project enhancing member experience through AI-driven personalization of the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) process. You will gain practical product management experience and develop skills for a future business career in a leading healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

Investigate current HRA best practices and industry trends.
Explore AI-enabled service matching technologies and their application to the HRA.
Analyze member data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to propose portal enhancements.
Document functional and technical requirements.
Research API capabilities for integrating AI-driven recommendations.
Develop wireframes and prototypes of the redesigned HRA.
Conduct user testing with stakeholders and select members.
Present findings, designs, and implementation recommendations.
Compile a comprehensive report of all research and design work.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, or Data Science.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Interest in healthcare, UX, and AI.
