Jobgether is hiring a Business Product Owner to lead the development and execution of technology product roadmaps that support critical research operational processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives, oversee product backlogs, and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
What You'll Do
- Lead product vision, roadmap, and strategy to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation in research operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional process analysis, recommend enhancements, and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and solution architects to design and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
- Prioritize backlog, decompose features into user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct sprint planning, demos, and user acceptance testing to ensure product meets requirements.
- Manage release schedules, adjust priorities, and resolve delivery roadblocks.
- Own end-user communication, training strategy, and adoption of defined products.
- Participate in management discussions, annual planning, and alignment of departmental goals with organizational objectives.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma.
- 10+ years of experience in US healthcare, health plan operations, or related areas.
- Experience in product development, acting as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in process definition, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with medical coding, reimbursement processes, and operational workflows.

- Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000
