Casca is looking for a Founding Project Manager to lead transformational bank implementations that reshape the $7T lending industry. You will bridge the gap between AI innovation and traditional banking operations, orchestrating implementations that turn months-long loan processes into minutes-long decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementations of our AI-powered loan origination platform at Tier 1 banks, working directly with C-suite executives, business unit and technology leaders.
- Design and execute complex project strategies that navigate regulatory requirements, legacy system integrations, and organizational change management.
- Build scalable implementation methodologies that accelerate our expansion across the banking industry.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between our engineering teams, bank stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish project management excellence that sets the standard for fintech-bank partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or project leadership experience at a top tech company.
- Proven track record managing large-scale software development and/or implementation projects ($5M+).
- Industry experience in financial services.
- Strong cross-functional team leadership skills (business & engineering).
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
