As a SuccessFactors RCM and ONB Consultant, you will lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for enterprise clients. Your work will center on building integrated, scalable HR solutions that align with industry best practices and evolving technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
- Design and configure system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across HR platforms.
- Advise clients on optimal use of SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and HR trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams operating in hybrid and offshore delivery models to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Support business development by contributing to RFP responses and delivering expert demonstrations during pre-sales engagements.
Qualifications
You must hold certification in either SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding and have hands-on experience configuring these modules. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly when presenting to senior client audiences. You should be comfortable working in team-based environments with distributed delivery models and committed to maintaining high standards in solution quality.
Preference will be given to candidates with pre-sales experience, a proactive approach to learning new technologies, and a track record of knowledge sharing. Familiarity with complementary HR technologies and a passion for maximizing client value from SAP solutions are also valued.
