Babcock International is hiring a Subcontracts Manager to play a vital role in supporting national security through procurement activities. In this buyer role, you will contribute directly to ensuring Canada's critical services and assets are readily available, reliable, and capable for defence and civil customers.
What You'll Do
- Manage subcontracts and procurement activities in support of national security programs.
- Ensure critical services and assets are procured to be available, reliable, and capable.
- Collaborate with defence and civil customers to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Own and deliver on procurement outcomes that support Babcock's mission.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in subcontracts management or a related procurement/buyer role.
- Ability to manage procurement activities with a focus on reliability and capability.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
