Knorr-Bremse / New York Air Brake is hiring a Student Assistant in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) to join our team in Mödling, Österreich. In this 20-hour per week role, you will support our Industrial Engineering team and project management activities within production and maintenance. You'll contribute to our mission of shaping the energy transition and future mobility at a company with over 100 years of setting technological standards.
What You'll Do
- Support the Industrial Engineering Team and assist with project management.
- Research machine suppliers and create requirement specifications.
- Conduct and document tests in production.
- Collect production key figures from manufacturing.
- Create production documents and PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist with administrative tasks in maintenance.
- Help shape the future of mobility.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a technical or industrial engineering degree program.
- Strong numerical understanding and a practical orientation.
- Proficient use of MS-Office and the ability to learn job-specific programs and apps.
- First experiences with Lean Management principles.
- An accurate and detail-oriented working style.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Benefits & Compensation
