Givaudan is looking for a Strategy & Strategic Business Development Intern to join the small Global Strategic Initiatives Team within our Taste & Wellbeing Division. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a team that drives and monitors key strategic initiatives, providing you with a direct impact on our future direction.
What You'll Do
- Improve competitive landscaping and market understanding by conducting deep dives on selected companies and segments.
- Produce insight reports and identify strategic opportunities and recommendations.
- Support the team on various strategic initiatives and business development projects related to the Taste & Wellbeing 2030 Strategy.
- Monitor essential competitor movements and create a bi-monthly business development newsletter.
What We're Looking For
- Currently attending or recently finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, or a similar field.
- An interest in the fast-paced world of Strategy & Strategic Business Development within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A growth mindset and an open personality.
- High motivation and curiosity to learn various strategic business development approaches.
- Flexibility and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously, switching priorities on short notice.
Nice to Have
- An interest in research, company and market analyses, and project management; direct experience in these fields is a plus.
Technical Stack
- MS Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
Team & Environment
You will join a small Global Strategic Initiatives Team that is part of the Taste & Wellbeing Division. You will work closely with Global Segment Management and other teams within the T&W organization, reporting directly to the Strategy & Business Development Director.
