Avra is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner directly with the COO and shape the company's growth journey. You will drive strategic projects across the organization, craft clear narratives to align the team, and bring pace to achieve ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects across Sales, Product, Tech, Ops, and Founders, including refining Go-To-Market strategy and goal-setting processes.
- Operationalize key initiatives, from Revenue Ops aligning Sales and Finance to implementing Remote First principles.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on strategic topics, identifying key value levers and prioritizing them with teams.
- Methodically build global best practices into Avra's ways of working and spearhead a continuous learning mindset.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of work experience with a required background in consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, or project/work experience demonstrating commitment to long-term undertakings and learning.
- Proven record of learning new skills in the workplace within the last 3 years.
- Fluency in Portuguese & English.
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and strong analytical skills, using data to make decisions with attention to detail.
- Hands-on starter and closer who gets the job done in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
- Strong influencing skills that drive collaboration and excellent written and oral communication.
- Hustler mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and making things happen, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with operational processes and a knack for understanding why they exist and how they can be improved.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in hyper-growth tech start-ups with cross-functional teams.
