About the opportunity
Looking for an internship that's way more than coffee runs and spreadsheet grunt work? As a Strategy & Operations Intern at finmid, you'll dive deep into optimizing processes and supercharging our revenue efforts. You'll work side-by-side with cross-functional teams, solve real operational puzzles, and directly impact our customer experience. This isn't just an internship—it's a launchpad. Our top performers? In this role, you will:
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to squash customer issues and create butter-smooth experiences.
Support customer onboarding and business reviews, leveling up our operational processes under the Business Ops Manager's guidance.
Dig into market research and data analysis to fuel strategic decisions.
Help optimize workflows to make our growth scalable and unstoppable.
Spot challenges and craft actionable solutions that boost customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
Build foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination that'll set you up for success.
What you need to be successful:
Background:
You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Ideally, you've already dipped your toes into operations, customer service, or a similar arena.
Skills:
Your English is sharp and professional
You're an analytical wizard with serious data analysis chops
Traits:
You can commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (40h/week)
