Centivo is hiring a Strategy & Operations Analyst to play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements across our organization. You will bring a structured problem-solving approach, data-driven insights, and stakeholder management expertise to deliver value on a variety of cross-functional projects.
What You'll Do
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques like financial modeling, operational analysis, and scenario planning to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Structure complex problems into clear, executable projects for high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools to monitor progress, flag risks, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met, KPIs are tracked, and activities align with organizational goals.
- Design, optimize, and implement business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across departments.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to guide leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings, insights, and initiative progress clearly.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and communications, to ensure smooth adoption of initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and methodologies to standardize planning, execution, and evaluation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years in management consulting or as a strategic analyst.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with process mapping, optimization, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with first principle thinking.
- Experience with KPI development and dashboarding for operational performance.
