What You'll Do
- Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand their risk challenges and strategic goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to align technical solutions with partner needs
- Develop persuasive presentations that communicate the financial impact of proposed solutions
- Provide technical guidance during sales cycles and answer detailed queries about system capabilities
- Design and run analyses to support white papers, industry reports, and strategic initiatives
- Identify emerging fraud patterns and contribute to public-facing thought leadership
- Mentor team members and help define best practices in analytics and client engagement
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with key external stakeholders
Requirements
- Five or more years of professional experience in credit risk, underwriting, or a related financial domain
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings clearly
- Demonstrated comfort working in uncertain or evolving environments
- Self-driven with the ability to manage independent projects successfully
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Ability to explain technical concepts in accessible, user-focused terms
- High attention to detail and accuracy in both analysis and communication
- Sales or client-facing experience in a technical domain
- Authorization to work in the United States and current residence within the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, particularly if it includes scripting ability

Compensation
Base salary range: $160,000 – $250,000 per year. The position includes equity compensation. Exact offers depend on experience and location.
