What You'll Do
- Design, train, and deploy a conversational AI system to automate KYB processes and increase onboarding success rates.
- Experiment with recent advancements in AI and dialogue systems, quickly prototyping and validating new approaches.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to transition prototypes into reliable, production-grade services.
- Monitor performance using analytics and user feedback, iterating to improve accuracy and user experience.
- Solve complex technical challenges with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term scalability.
- Present technical results and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven background in developing customer-facing chatbots or Agentic AI systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with a solid foundation in software engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of conversational AI pipelines, service orchestration, and backend integration.
- Excellent communication abilities, with experience translating technical concepts for varied stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivery and resilience when navigating technical complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating AI agents and benchmarking performance systematically.
- Ability to diagnose chatbot failures and implement rapid, data-informed improvements.
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of KYB, KYC, or digital onboarding automation frameworks.
