At BECU, our people helping people philosophy drives us to make a real difference. We are looking for a Strategic Support Director - Member & Digital Experience to serve as a strategic partner and operational driver for the division during a major transformation initiative.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAFE Integration Program Delivery, coordinating cross-functional readiness across marketing, digital, retail, and contact center teams.
- Guide Cross-Functional Sub Workstreams, partnering with executive and director-level leads to clarify requirements, monitor progress, anticipate risks, and maintain alignment.
- Act as the Executive Right Hand, providing thought partnership, decision support, and high-level oversight for integration deliverables.
- Shape Divisional Strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to refine strategic direction and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Develop Operational Cadence and Structure, establishing and managing MDX operating rhythms like business reviews and planning cycles.
- Serve as a Change Leader, guiding teams through major changes, bridging communications, and aligning stakeholders.
- Lead Division-Level Communications, developing messaging that unifies the division and reinforces transparency.
- Prepare Executive and Board-Ready Deliverables, building concise updates, proposals, and presentations.
- Influence Senior Leaders Across the Organization, collaborating to drive decisions, remove barriers, and ensure readiness.
- Leverage Data and Feedback to Drive Improvements, using insights to create action plans that enhance employee and member experiences.
- Support Organizational Design and Planning, contributing to discussions on structure, staffing, budgets, and long-range planning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, project management, business implementation, or organizational communications.
- Experience leading large-scale project teams.
- Enterprise-level program and project management experience, including complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Mergers & acquisitions experience or experience leading major organizational integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Demonstrated conceptual, program, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated planning skills in both tactical and strategic planning.
- Effective leadership and negotiation skills; ability to engage and influence others to achieve results.
- Ability to persuade through consensus-building and influence senior leaders without formal authority.

This role is a strategic extension of MDX executive leadership.
Benefits & Compensation
- Target Pay Range: $171,700.00-$209,800.00 annually. Full Pay Range: $133,100.00 - $248,300.00 annually.
