As a Strategic Solutions Architect specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM), you will lead enterprise customers in designing resilient and secure mobile environments across Apple, Android, and macOS ecosystems. Your role is central to shaping technical strategy during critical sales engagements, ensuring deployments are aligned with both immediate needs and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority on MDM, advising high-priority clients on deployment strategies, policy frameworks, and integration patterns
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on strategic accounts, delivering technical assessments, tailored demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations focused on mobile use cases
- Articulate technical capabilities—such as DEP/ADE, Android Enterprise, and zero-touch enrollment—into measurable business outcomes for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Provide direct input to product development by sharing customer insights, participating in roadmap reviews, and analyzing competitive wins and losses
- Develop and maintain reusable technical resources, implementation guides, and best practices used by the broader solutions engineering team
- Support onboarding for major customers, ensuring smooth transition from deployment to ongoing management
What You Bring
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- At least seven years in pre-sales or solutions engineering, with substantial focus on Enterprise Mobility Management
- In-depth knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, identity providers, endpoint security, and unified endpoint management (UEM) platforms
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and C-suite executives
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple complex projects and customer engagements simultaneously
