Shiftmove is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager - Existing Customers (m/w/d) to manage and grow our portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise relationships. In this role, you will be central to securing sustainable, long-term growth by understanding customer needs and driving value.
What You'll Do
- Manage and strategically develop a portfolio of 60–100 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
- Recognize potential, prioritize topics based on customer signals, and develop accounts strategically.
- Take full responsibility for the renewal of existing contracts, including creating offers, price negotiations, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Identify cross- and upselling potentials together with the Customer Success Manager, demonstrate the value of additional products, and derive targeted measures.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor, showing customers real added value and ROI.
- Document developments transparently in Salesforce and Planhat, develop reliable forecasts, and define clear next steps per deal.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in sales of B2B SaaS products (New- or Existing-Business Sales).
- Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers and complex decision-making processes.
- Value-Based Selling is not just a method but part of your attitude – you sell solutions with real added value, not features.
- Experience in forecasting – you can realistically assess opportunities and derive comprehensible forecasts from them.
- Clear and understandable communication, ability to get to the point on complex topics, and find the right words – for customers and colleagues.
- Curious and open to learning, ask questions, reflect on processes, and accept feedback to continuously develop.
- Fluent German and English skills (min. C1 level).
