wingmaite GmbH is hiring a Prompt Engineer (m/f/d) to craft and optimize the conversational intelligence of our AI avatar. You will advance your expertise in prompt engineering within a B2B enterprise environment, building AI that feels natural and genuinely human-centric.
What You'll Do
- Design, test, and refine prompts to enhance AI response quality and relevance
- Build and maintain a comprehensive prompt library with systematic versioning
- Develop specialized templates for enterprise domain use cases
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team on prompt customization solutions
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Lead review sessions and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams
- Drive the continuous evolution of our AI avatar's conversational capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI systems
- Solid foundation in prompt engineering principles and best practices
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Python for automation and workflow optimization
- Experience with Git version control systems
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar advanced LLM platforms
- Academic or professional background in linguistics, psychology, behavioral sciences, or communication studies
- Understanding of B2B workflows and knowledge management systems
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
