EWOR GmbH is seeking an E-Commerce Co-Founder / Head of Sales to build and lead your own startup venture. We are serial entrepreneurs focused on supporting exceptional individuals to scale companies to over €1B. This role offers a structured development path with direct coaching, resources, and capital to validate and grow your business concept.

What You'll Do

Build and run your own startup in fields such as E-Commerce.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
Receive coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise millions in funding.
Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
