Proemion is hiring an Account Executive (gn) to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding a strategic region in the US market. You'll lead strategy discussions, build key accounts, and contribute to our dynamic, hands-on culture.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new B2B customers and serve as their central contact person.
- Develop ideas for target-oriented sales activities and expand a strategic region.
- Lead strategy discussions with customers and create resulting concepts.
- Build up key accounts in a targeted and strategic manner.
- Independently plan and participate in online and on-site appointments.
- Prepare and execute sales closings.
- Take part in events such as trade fairs, conferences, and workshops.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience as a sales or account executive or in a comparable role.
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills and practical experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent customer and goal orientation with strong communication skills.
- The ability to develop yourself and work in a demanding market.
- A good technical understanding and desire to further develop in this area.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- A high willingness to travel and enjoy regular interaction with colleagues in the office or on-site.
- Ambition and motivation to expand our business and work in a dynamic team.
