Covetrus is seeking a Strategic Relations Coordinator to act as the central hub for managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of strategic accounts. In this role, you will ensure smooth communication, timely delivery of commitments, and high-quality service for partners, acting as the essential connector between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts, supporting partnership agreements and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and actions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate operational and contractual deliverables such as reporting, samples, and pricing updates.
- Collaborate across departments to meet evolving partner needs.
- Draft and distribute communications and updates to partners.
- Prepare performance summaries and monitor service indicators.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or account management support.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in veterinary or animal health.
- Knowledge of veterinary products, supply chain, or e-commerce platforms.

You will collaborate with internal teams including Strategic Relations (Key Account Management and Vendor Relations), Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Inventory Management and Sales, while also engaging with external contacts.
