Sartorius is hiring a Strategic Program Lead (x|f|m) to act as a catalyst for efficiency and excellence. You will drive the strategic development of business processes, lead high-impact programs, and shape cross-functional initiatives that directly contribute to organizational performance, working closely with internal stakeholders and top management.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex business processes and identify levers for efficiency and value creation
- Develop strategic roadmaps for process optimization and implement them with a clear results focus
- Take end-to-end ownership of strategically relevant programs – including planning, resource management, and delivery accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster alignment through clear and consistent communication
- Ensure transparency across all program phases and communicate progress and impact to senior management
- Define and track relevant KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Establish standards for business process excellence and promote sustainable transformation
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of experience in analyzing and optimizing complex business processes
- Proven track record in leading and managing projects or programs
- Proficiency in process management methodologies and tools such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and drive solution-oriented outcomes
- Excellent communication skills across all levels – from operational teams to executive leadership
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in a strategic or consulting environment
- Project/program management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
