The Cigna Group is hiring a Financial Operations Manager for its Evernorth division to play a key role in fulfilling client contracts. You will lead a team responsible for the setup, payment, tracking, and reporting of financial and rebate guarantees. In this hybrid position, you will collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and contribute to department strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of business analysts in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating complex contractual documents to identify and track guarantee obligations.
- Communicate with other teams and business partners at all levels to ensure guarantee processes are on track, accurate, and timely.
- Participate in developing process improvements and system or reporting enhancements.
- Ensure other potential liabilities in contracts are identified for monitoring and assign responsibility.
- Act as back-up for monthly guarantee accrual preparation and reporting.
- Participate in or lead special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office (Excel and Access), the Internet, and data querying.
- Control-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, commitment, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service, technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be local to the St. Louis, MO area.

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
