Cyngn is looking for a Strategic Operations & Data Analyst to develop and implement data-driven frameworks that optimize our business operations and strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain scalable data models and performance dashboards
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and measurement strategies
Design and track KPIs to assess operational efficiency and strategic alignment
Prepare and present clear, data-backed recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an operations, business intelligence, or data analyst role
Expert proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and KPI development
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
