Nordex SE is looking for a Strategic IT Project Manager to join our IT PMO & Processes area. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic IT projects, ensuring they deliver value and align with our corporate framework.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Report progress, KPIs, and expected benefits to IT Management, Service Leadership, and the PMO.
- Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies and frameworks, specifically the Nordex IT PMO Framework.
- Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and contribute to PMO maturity growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related management field.
- Advanced English level (C1-C2).
- At least 6-7 years of experience delivering strategic IT projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects such as SaaS implementations, IT infrastructure and network projects, CRM and ITSM tool deployments, digitalization, and process automation initiatives.
- Experience in budget management, contract management, and vendor management.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications and solid understanding of agile methodologies.
- A technical background, either academic or professional.
- Spanish and German language skills.

You will be part of the IT PMO & Processes area, reporting to IT Management, Service Leadership, and the PMO.
