NewtonX is hiring a Strategic Insights Growth Manager to support rapid growth by connecting our clients with world-leading professionals. This role works directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects. It's a foundational position designed for quick progression toward commercial or operational leadership.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate connections between clients and experts through our marketplace.
- Understand detailed client needs and help them design knowledge requests.
- Assess the specific knowledge required for each request and onboard matching experts.
- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment across all sectors and geographies.
- Learn about new technologies and industries daily and codify requests into our knowledge graph.
- Learn new things, mentor peers, and share knowledge with the team.
- Drive growth by selling market research services, leading end-to-end deal flow, and delivering high-quality insights.
- Manage client relationships from initial conversation through final delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of professional market research experience.
- Experience designing and overseeing quantitative and qualitative research programs.
- Strong skills in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with data analysis software like SPSS, SAS, R, Python and visualization tools.
- Proven track record of selling market research or insight services, not just delivering them.
- Proven involvement in proposals, negotiations, and deal closure from start to finish.
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, deal structuring, and revenue growth.
- Exceptional client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
