The Data Analyst plays a key role in generating evidence-based insights that shape client strategies in the healthcare sector. Working within PURE Engagement, the insights engine of Nuvera, this position leverages data to uncover patterns in healthcare provider, patient, and payer behaviors, directly informing recommendations for pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market research data to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights across stakeholder groups
- Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and narratives that support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to define analytical requirements, design studies, and execute analyses using statistical methods including regression modeling
- Support consulting initiatives by contributing data-driven perspectives during client engagements and strategy development sessions
- Produce high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio, aligned with project timelines and objectives
- Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely delivery of analytical outputs
- Contribute to internal programs including knowledge sharing, process improvement, and recruitment efforts
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least one year of experience in market research or management consulting. Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or Python is required, along with experience querying databases using SQL or similar languages. Strong analytical capabilities, including regression analysis and business evaluation techniques, are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
Preference will be given to applicants with background knowledge in healthcare or life sciences, particularly in areas such as patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, hub operations, CRM systems, gross-to-net calculations, payer policies, product commercialization, patient adherence, competitive intelligence, and field force analytics.
