Derex Technologies Inc is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - Americas to guide our biggest customers, focusing on improved product adoption and increased customer health. You will shape how we serve customers ranging from high-growth organizations to public companies by becoming a product and domain expert.
What You'll Do
- Manage a book of ~20 strategic customers, exceeding $2m in total ARR.
- Develop relationships across a broad set of stakeholders while supporting existing teams to drive adoption and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Create 'Ah ha!' moments by tailoring configuration, driving product adoption, and crafting training to address a customer’s specific challenges.
- Help shape and iterate on the new Strategic customer motion, including playbooks and repeatable processes.
- Project manage workflow changes and get into the weeds with customers on product nuances.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of complex technologies through the customer journey.
- Experience managing a book of strategic customers.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Experience with technically complex products and a strong curiosity to explore details.
- Communicate with precision and clarity.
- Be a listener first, seeking to understand customer needs and advocate for them internally.
- Thrive in complexity and be energized by learning a powerful, configurable product.
- Be detail oriented and take pride in internal operations like real-time CRM updates.
- Look for ways to improve your work through data.
