Dell Technologies seeks a Strategic Business Development Manager to join the Client Solutions Group (CSG) Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact outcomes that influence critical business decisions and directly enable growth. You will focus on solving complex problems and providing actionable insight on strategic issues for CSG Executive Leadership.
What You'll Do
- Frame hypotheses and develop structured approaches to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct market, competitive, and internal analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously build expertise in Dell’s portfolio, market trends, and strategic frameworks.
- Collaborate and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to align on priorities.
- Deliver high-quality outputs that connect tactical actions to strategic goals.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of related experience or equivalent skill.
- Experience working in a top-tier consultancy company highly desired.
- Strategic, innovative and structured thinker with proven ability to provide, guide and use professional concepts to resolve critical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills; must be able to articulate and present complex ideas and concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Displays a strong executive presence and a proven ability to engage effectively with senior technology management.
- Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams and skilled at managing multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- MBA (Preferred).
Team & Environment
Part of the Strategic Business Development Team within the CSG Strategy team, working collaboratively across Product Management, Revenue Operations, Services, and other Dell Business Units.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $141,950 - $183,700

This is an onsite position located in Austin, Texas.
