About the Role

Affirm is hiring a Strategic Alliance & Partnerships Manager to manage large, strategic partners and drive revenue, GMV, and user growth. You will act as the central contact, developing strategic initiatives, managing expansion opportunities, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to execute partnership goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives to drive business growth and create new opportunities for Affirm.
  • Manage expansion opportunities, optimize existing programs, and set strategic direction for projects and programs.
  • Own a proactive client management strategy to drive incremental GMV, revenue, and users, and expand relationship coverage.
  • Analyze partner performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption, awareness, and sell into expansion opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk to execute initiatives.
  • Pitch Affirm to new lines of business and own the strategic roadmap to establish integration paths.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B client-facing experience.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to manage strategic accounts.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report on program impact.
  • Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts.
  • Capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, take initiative, and go beyond defined responsibilities.
  • Ability to craft compelling value propositions, deliver persuasive presentations, and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Knowledge of consumer finance offerings, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce.

  • USA On Target Earnings (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $210,000 - $285,000; USA On Target Earnings (all other U.S. states) per year: $186,000 - $261,000 + equity: Equity Grade - 6.

Work Mode

This is a remote-first position open to candidates in the Remote US.
