A1M Solutions is looking for a Strategic Account Manager, IDN/Hospital, West Area to develop and execute business strategies with National Accounts, Telehealth Providers, Hospital Systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). You will serve as the primary relationship owner for targeted accounts, building long-term partnerships and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer engagement and optimize patient access.
What You'll Do
- Achieve planned goals, patient access objectives, and performance measures for your assigned geography.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives for National Accounts, Telehealth Providers, Hospital Systems, and IDNs.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships as the primary liaison for account stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities to drive adoption and utilization of products.
- Monitor account-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Work with contracting and market access teams to ensure optimal execution of agreements.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews on key accounts to assess performance and identify opportunities.
- Deliver comprehensive updates and performance reports to leadership.
- Leverage analytics and market insights to inform account strategy and decision-making.
- Manage budgets and expenses within company guidelines.
- Partner with Market Access, Trade, Government Affairs, Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Medical Affairs to align strategy.
- Collaborate with Regional Business Specialists and Key Account Managers to coordinate pull-through efforts.
- Champion innovative, compliant approaches to maximize customer engagement and patient access.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
- At least 3 years in specialty/biotech account management or market access roles.
- A proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts in specialty markets.
- A valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness to travel 50–60% nationally.
Nice to Have
- An advanced degree.
- 2+ years of experience working with National Accounts, Hospital Systems and/or Telehealth organizations.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Accounts & Field Sales Training.

This is a remote position open to candidates in various locations within the US.
