About the Role

6sense is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Commercial to drive customer success and growth for our mid-market clients. In this key role, you will optimize customer engagement and identify new business opportunities within our rapidly growing business. Our mission is to revolutionize how B2B organizations create revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Own overall relationships with assigned customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction.
  • Manage the full customer life cycle from sales handover through deployment and ongoing relationship building.
  • Handle escalation management, stakeholder management, and coordination between product, support, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop innovative ways to share data and insights through operational and strategic business reviews.
  • Provide best practices to drive user behavior and product adoption.
  • Conduct customer onboarding, training, and review calls through multiple journey stages.
  • Discern and act upon opportunities for revenue growth, closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Management for a SaaS product and/or mid-market customers.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and articulation skills to converse with all stakeholder levels.
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or growth opportunities.
  • Experience using customer success platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player: empathetic, highly responsive, curious, and energetic.
  • Product savvy with the ability to develop strong technical knowledge to speak confidently to customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
