Nectar Social is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to lead relationships with top brands on our platform. You will act as a customer strategist, AI advisor, and success architect, guiding brands to fully adopt AI into their day-to-day marketing and support workflows.
What You'll Do
- Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, workflow integration, account health monitoring, and renewals.
- Act as the main point of contact for brand stakeholders—ensuring high adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Translate marketing, support, and community goals into scalable, agent-driven workflows.
- Guide customers through the setup and optimization of AI agents across engagement, creator ops, and reporting.
- Deliver proactive insights, performance reviews, and success plans to deepen product value.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to represent customer needs and drive roadmap priorities.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, tooling feedback, and customer onboarding experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in account management, partnerships, or brand-side marketing/ops leadership (e.g. Director of Social, Brand, or Digital).
- Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing workflows: community management, influencer strategy, customer care, analytics.
- Demonstrated interest in AI: you’ve explored tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, OpenAI, or built internal automations.
- High emotional intelligence and clear communication—comfortable advising executives and creators alike.
- History of high performance: multiple promotions, growing scope, or startup-level ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or AI-focused company.
- MBA preferred.
- Top-tier academic background (Ivy League or equivalent).
