Zip was looking for a Strategic Account Executive

Zip is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive our expansion into global enterprises with $7B+ in revenue. You will be an early sales leader in a hyper-growth startup, engaging in a high-impact, consultative sales role that requires deep industry expertise and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: engage C-level executives, influence stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, legal, and operations, and navigate long, complex deal cycles.
  • Drive new business by proactively prospecting and leveraging your network to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding enterprise procurement challenges and positioning Zip as a transformational solution for efficiency and cost control.
  • Solution-sell with vision, demonstrating Zip's immediate impact while aligning with customers' long-term digital transformation goals.
  • Help refine Zip's sales strategy, process, and team culture as an early sales leader.
  • Leverage best-in-class sales tools to optimize outreach and pipeline management.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal, IT, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing teams.
  • Proven success acquiring net-new logos in organizations with 10,000+ employees.
  • Skilled in complex sales cycles: managing multiple stakeholders, navigating procurement processes, and driving consensus at the executive level.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, taking ownership of your success and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
