Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue from assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on account status and forecasted revenue.

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.

  • Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market demands.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
