Responsibilities

- Present technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Document solution designs and implementation approaches
- Stay current with product updates and new feature releases
- Collaborate with product teams to share customer insights
- Support training initiatives for clients adopting new tools
- Evaluate third-party technologies for compatibility and integration potential
- Participate in discovery sessions to uncover client pain points
