PlayOn is hiring a Negotiated Media Coordinator

About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating negotiated media campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to execute media plans, track deliverables, and optimize performance across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate media campaign logistics from planning to execution
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate placement terms
  • Track campaign timelines and ensure on-time delivery of assets
  • Monitor media performance and report key metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to align campaign goals
  • Prepare media summaries and post-campaign analysis reports
  • Maintain accurate records of media contracts and insertion orders
  • Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and audience reach
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation for media spend
  • Ensure compliance with media guidelines and brand standards
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Stay current with media trends and platform updates
  • Assist in developing media proposals and rate cards
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Conduct competitive media landscape research
  • Optimize scheduling and pacing of media buys
  • Review media deliverables for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with finance on invoice processing and approvals
  • Manage media asset distribution and tracking
  • Support cross-channel media integration efforts
