Responsibilities
- Own and steer Coreso’s procurement framework, including policies, templates, and procedures. Ensure alignment with public procurement regulation and internal governance. Drive consistent application of procurement processes across teams.
- Advising the business on markets, sourcing options, tender approaches, and preferred outcomes. Translate business needs into suitable procurement strategies and procedures. Ensure early involvement of procurement in high-impact initiatives.
- Manage and oversee public and private procurement procedures for IT and corporate services. Validate tender strategies, evaluation methodologies, and award rationales. Ensure documentation quality and compliance throughout procurement activities.
- Contribute to contract structuring, negotiation principles, and lifecycle management. Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance. Anticipate contract renewals, extensions, and optimisation opportunities.
- Act as the organisational reference point for procurement practices. Reinforce stakeholder understanding of procurement roles, constraints, and processes. Support teams in navigating procurement complexity while maintaining compliance.
- Provide structured procurement insights and reporting to management. Identify maturity gaps and drive targeted improvement initiatives. Contribute to Coreso’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Requirements
- University degree (Master) or equivalent through experience
- 8+ years of experience in a procurement role with strong knowledge of indirect categories, specifically IT
- 5+ years of experience in public procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both assertive and structured
- Empathy and maturity to build trust at all levels
- Oral and written proficiency in English
