About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and growing key enterprise accounts in the Eastern region through strategic planning, relationship development, and solution alignment to meet customer goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing account planning for major enterprise clients
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
- Drive contract renewals and negotiate multi-year agreements
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales pipeline documentation
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Present value propositions tailored to client business objectives
- Coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives with technical teams
- Monitor client success and drive adoption of additional services
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to senior leadership
- Stay informed about industry trends impacting client operations
- Ensure alignment between client goals and service delivery
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution efforts
Nice to Have

- Prior experience in vertical-specific enterprise software
- Familiarity with procurement and legal review processes

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Hybrid schedule with regional travel as needed
