Cintoo SAS is hiring a Strategic Account Executive – Canada (Remote)

About the Role

Cintoo SAS is seeking a Strategic Account Executive – Canada to drive expansion within the Canadian market. You will be responsible for opening new regions and verticals, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and managing the initial client relationship.

What You'll Do

  • Open new regions and verticals within the Canadian market, aligning with strategic expansion goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end – from prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Hold ownership of the client relationship for the first 12 months post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Drive early upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging engagement data and client feedback.
  • After the first year, transition accounts to the account management team through a structured handoff.
  • Ensure timely cash collection by coordinating with AR and customers.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM to support forecasting.
  • Actively participate in structured 1:1 meetings and business reviews with clear tracking of priorities and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of deep experience in B2B sales or business development focused on software/SaaS solutions within the Canadian market.
  • Proven success in both hunting (new logo acquisition) and early-stage account management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed for tradeshows and to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Comfortable in a fully remote environment with strong self-management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Fluent in French, especially for Québec-based clients.
