Antech Diagnostics, part of Mars United Commerce, is looking for a Retail Search Manager to help maintain and evolve our leadership in the growing Commerce Media space. You will build and execute retail media campaigns across search, managing setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
What You'll Do
- Build and flawlessly execute best-in-class retail media campaigns across search.
- Own hands-on-keyboard set-up, management, optimization, and reporting of retail search campaigns.
- Develop and collaborate on keyword, ad group, audience, and targeting strategy, refining the activation plan based on client goals and platform capabilities.
- Manage continuous improvement of daily and weekly optimizations across a variety of platforms and clients.
- Create and share presentations highlighting campaign set-up and final plans with internal teams and clients.
- Support developing retail strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations.
- Clearly understand campaign performance and reporting structure, setting and communicating performance expectations with internal and external teams.
- Help manage team workflow, training, and internal project reviews.
- Report on campaign performance, collaborating with vendors and teams to provide data, insights, and strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in the retail search space.
- Confident presenter and clear, persuasive communicator of complicated information.
- A hands-on doer with a “roll up your sleeves and figure it out” mentality.
- Exceptional Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
- Google Suite experience (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Hands-on-keyboard media buying experience, including building keyword, ad group, audience & targeting strategies, real-time bidding, proactive monitoring, optimization, and results-based reporting.
- Retail media buying experience on Amazon and one or more of the following: Walmart, Criteo, Citrus Ads, Kroger/Promote IQ, Instacart.
- Strong attention to detail and a talented multi-tasker with the ability to organize and prioritize workload to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ambitious self-starter who takes ownership and pride in their work.
- Passion for and strong knowledge of the retail and omnichannel media landscape.
- Creative and strategic thinker excited about solving complex challenges.
- Curious and dissatisfied with the status quo, always thinking of ways to improve.
- Collaborative team player who is a great listener but unafraid to challenge peers or clients to achieve the best results.

- Google SEM or similar experience is a plus.

Team & Environment
Reports to the Director of Retail Search. This role has no immediate direct reports.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Locations include Atlanta, Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Cincinnati, New York, Bentonville, and Dallas.
