Transdev is looking for a Utility Worker/Service Employee to perform essential vehicle servicing duties at our Concord, NC location. This role focuses on maintaining fleet readiness and providing excellent customer service in a safety-first environment.

What You'll Do

Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles, including interior and exterior
Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles
Fuel buses, replenish fluids, and log and record all fluids
Download drive cameras and probe fare boxes
Perform light maintenance on shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
Report maintenance issues to the supervisor

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
Ability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $19.00 per hour Starting Wage for fully credentialed CDL Holders, $17.00 per hour Starting Wage for Non CDL Holders
Vacation: minimum of 2 weeks
5 sick days
