Pinterest is looking for a Customer Care Specialist focused on the Serbian market to build strong client relationships and drive success for our Jooble service. You will be a key part of an international team of over 280 professionals dedicated to making job search stress-free for both seekers and employers.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Recover lost clients according to defined plan targets.
- Provide reliable support and advice on all matters related to the Jooble service.
- Work on increasing the average check by proposing optimal packages to clients (upsells).
- Accompany clients in the hiring process, helping with job descriptions and advising on service capabilities.
- Work with both active clients and those who have stopped cooperation, finding relevant solutions.
- Create a positive client experience focused on long-term collaboration value.
- Analyze information, structure data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on them.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and client needs to develop new approaches to client work.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Fluent Ukrainian language and confident knowledge of Serbian language.
- Strong desire to learn, openness to new things, and interest in people and the product.
- Ability to effectively combine customer care and sales development.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with large volumes of information.
Nice to Have
- English at a level sufficient to understand internal communication and materials.
